Healthy eating means a better quality of life, that's always important to know how we should eat in order to ensure our health.

  • You must always avoid fried foods or cooked with a lot of oil
  • You should try to chew completely what you eat as well do it slowly
  • Do not eat if you're going through a time of high emotional stress.
  • Never eat without hunger
  • When you go to eat, you should be in a balanced state
  • Do not eat meat more than once a day
  • Eat only all-natural food such a vegetables and fruits
  • Avoid alcohol and snuff

A healthy lifestyle also means, do exercise, and sleep well, not stressing, among others.
