British English has a tendency to respect the pronunciation of many words of French origin. A difference of American English, the cut some phases and change words for others more shorts or informal, like slangs.

Some examples of slangs are:

· A pig in your pocket: Used when a person doesn't want to assist another.

· W'sup: What's Up?

· Beans: whatever
